Recruiter and Administrative Support

FDSS Security in Baltimore, MD is seeking a high energy, results driven individual to join our company as our Recruiter and Administrative Support . This is a team-based role in a fast paced , collaborative environment , recruit ing for a variety of Security positions to staff sites across the state of Maryland.

• Partner with management to forecast recruitment needs.
• Ensure consistent flow of applicants through various sourcing methods such as internal ATS, internet database searches, job fairs, networking, referrals, social media, etc.
• Conduct daily recruitment activities ensuring a consistent flow of applicants and development of candidate pool .
• Evaluate and prescreen candidates through review of online applications and phone , virtual, and/or in person interviews .
• Complete hiring process on qualified candidates, ensuring required staffing levels for current and upcoming contracts are achieved .
• Assist occasionally with scheduling and scheduling updates as needed .
• C omplet e all documentation and data entry timely and in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
• Travel to satellite offices or community partners/ affiliates as needed for various recruitment activities.

• An instinct for collaboration and partnership ; exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Technologically adept ; sourcing tools such as Applicant Tracking System (ATS), resume databases, social media experience, and Office 365
• Two to three years’ prior related experience in Security or Staffing recruiting; two- to four-year degree in related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
