Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

The Human Resource Generalist plays a key role in supporting the HR department by managing day-to-day HR functions. This role involves various HR responsibilities including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Generalist works closely with employees and management to ensure a positive work environment and to support the organization’s strategic goals.

• Implement company culture, valuesand policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations as needed.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain and update employee records according to company policies and legal requirements.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and communication.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Generate and analyze HR reports related to employee metrics, turnover, and compensation.
• Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed

• Previous experience in Human Resources,and other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, MS Office, MS Excel
• Ability to make quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment.
