Piper Companies is looking for a Recruiter to join a life sciences company located in Silver Spring, MD
.
- Manage full life cycle recruiting from requisition creation through offer stage
- Create and manage requisitions within Workday ATS
- Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other recruiting tools
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Support offer and onboarding activities
- Assist with internship recruiting initiatives and maintain recruiting documentation and workflow materials
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders while maintaining accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience using Workday ATS, including creating and managing requisitions
- Strong sourcing experience with Linked In Recruiter
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred
- Prior in-house recruiting and/or agency recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities preferred
- Experience supporting internship or early talent programs preferred
- Ability to work onsite in Silver Spring, MD a minimum of 2 days per week
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Rate Range: $40-$50/hr, depending on experience
