Roaming Windows 10 Field Technician

Overview

Our client is looking to hire a Desktop Technician to support sites in Northeast DC/Baltimore South. You must have a good car since you will be traveling to different sites. This resource must be very dependable to show up on time when they are supposed to.

• Resource based in the Silver Spring, MD area would be ideal
• Roaming travel:
  South Baltimore (Silver Spring, Lanham, Mitchellville, MD, Laurel, MD areas)
• These folks will require flexibility as far as location to be working at as we will be moving them around to meet demand

• Incidents - Software break/fix
• IMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc.
• Refresh
• Support peripherals for scanning paper and , barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers
• Basic experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus
• Experience with Service Now - PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
• Experience with Log Me In
• Ticketing System is Service Now
• Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations

This is a Contract position based out of Silver Spring, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
