Link Solutions is seeking a MAC System Administrator (Senior-Level) to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The position is non-remote with relocation incentive available. Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and support macOS systems and software installations.
• Enforce endpoint management policies, including configuration profiles, security baselines, and device encryption.
• Perform macOS patching, system updates, and automation using Bash or Apple Script.
• Manage user authentication and access controls in coordination with directory services.
• Monitor performance and ensure security hardening using DoD-mandated configurations.
• Coordinate data backups and recovery processes using approved solutions.
• Conduct compliance audits and maintain an accurate inventory of Apple hardware/software.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for macOS best practices, collaborating with other platform admins.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• Ten (10+) years of relevant experience in an IT or Service Desk environment or MS/BA/BS with two (2+) additional years of experience.
• IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
• MacOS (Apple Certified Support Professional) or equivalent.
• Ability to work with customers to develop new value-added programs and data solutions within existing structures and new requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Preferred:

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification.
• Experience with incident management within the Service Now Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.
• Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
• A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
• Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Salary Range: $64,000 - $108,000
