As a Chief Solution Architect on our team, you’ll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting solution architecture (SA) and resolving complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision. With your guidance, we’ll help transform the way the Intelligence Community uses technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems.

• 8+ years of experience in software development, large-scale Agile, including Scaled Agile Framework, and managing the development of software systems and modernization efforts in forward-leaning technology, such as cloud, Dev Sec Ops , or MLOps automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks in the DoD, federal government, or commercial entities
• Experience architecting enterprise systems and aligning them with government evaluation criteria and statements of work
• Experience with Offensive Cyberspace Operations or Computer Network Operations environments
• Experience with USCYBERCOM or IC operations
• Knowledge of system engineering practices and ITSM
• Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Ability to work directly with government clients and help translate their goals into technical solutions
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of experience with UNIX and Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting
• Experience implementing ITSM or IT Operations practices
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field preferred

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation at Ever Watch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96.16 to $115.39 per hour.
