Job Description
ECS is seeking a Logistics Support Program Analyst, ideally stationed in Silver Spring, MD but open to other locations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) and programmatic experience. The role requires support for the Office of Platform Infrastructure Acquisition Division (PIAD) within NOAA Office of Marine and Aviation Operations, focusing on new ship construction projects.
Responsibilities include providing broad programmatic and acquisition management support for current and future projects; performing technical, acquisition, programmatic, risk, and configuration functions as required; proactively working with clients and stakeholders to identify emerging requirements, develop support plans/schedules, and draft acquisition documents; coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring multi‑disciplined project teams that may include government, subcontractors, vendors and peers.
