Senior Cloud Solutions Architect

The Senior Cloud Solution Architect architects, designs, implements, and optimizes enterprise cloud solutions that enable secure, reliable, and scalable platforms across the organization. This role primarily focuses on Microsoft Azure cloud architecture while incorporating strategic AWS capabilities to support multi‑cloud resiliency, modernization, and operational flexibility.

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructures, primarily within Azure, including networking, compute, storage, identity, and security services, ensuring high availability, performance, governance, and cost optimization.
• Architect and support secondary AWS environments and services to enable multi‑cloud strategies, disaster recovery, workload portability, and business continuity initiatives.
• Develop and optimize cloud‑native and hybrid‑cloud solutions, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation frameworks, container platforms, and CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as Terraform, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Kubernetes, and related cloud‑native tooling.
• Establish and enforce cloud architecture standards and best practices covering security, identity and access management, monitoring, compliance, networking, backup/recovery, and operational scalability.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including application rehosting, refactoring, and platform transformation efforts from on‑premises environments to Azure and AWS.
• Participate in and help drive the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE), contributing to cloud governance, architectural standards, operational frameworks, best practices, and enterprise cloud adoption strategies.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and design innovative solutions that align with enterprise requirements for resiliency, security, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with infrastructure, security, application development, and business teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions that support evolving business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering and operations teams while supporting long‑term cloud strategy and governance initiatives.

• 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare technology, clinical systems, or solution architecture.
• Experience with clinical device integration and healthcare IT ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
• Experience with interoperability standards and system integration.

• Experience in pediatric or acute care hospital environments.
• Familiarity with patient engagement platforms and bedside technologies.

• Experience with Epic or other major EHR systems.
• Experience working in a heavily regulated industry. Healthcare is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of product management.
• Experience working with global distributed multicultural teams.
• Experience with agile leadership.
• Experience with building, delivering and maintaining production‑ready products.
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis and machine learning such as linear models, time‑series forecasting, neural network, random forest and NLP models.
