Data Analyst
Sr Business Intelligence Engineer (Job : ) – responsible for creating complex enterprise-class data assets that provide business insight and aid business decision‑making. Assets include reports, visualizations, dashboards, and data extracts. The role produces complex reports, performs quantitative or qualitative analysis, and delivers coherent, insightful takeaways grounded in data.
Qualifications- Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) (Required) - Minimum
Work Experience:
6 years of work experience (Required) - Requires deep functional knowledge with 4–6 years of related experience (Required)
- Experience with Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Microsoft Azure, SAS (software), SQL (Programming Language), Statistical Analysis Systems (SAS), Power
BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence software. - Experience with Data Modeling, Python (programming language), Quality Assurance, SQL (programming language).
- Experience with Analytical Techniques, Business Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Risk Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Controls.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, User Flows, Workflows.
- Optional:
Experience in the healthcare field; experience with healthcare data policies;
Microsoft certifications in Azure; experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop complex BI solutions architecture that accurately translates business requirements to technology solutions and ensures the design meets business requirements throughout the lifecycle of a change.
- Participate in and implement day‑to‑day activities related to defining architecture, establishing infrastructure, and implementing standards used to create frameworks/patterns for delivering business intelligence solutions.
- Conduct complex business analysis activities to enable technology solutions that adequately fulfill strategic business needs and objectives.
- Deliver complex and extensive project setups, analysis, data flows, designs (wireframe/mock‑up), etc., in partnership with customers.
- Help lead the execution of long‑term strategic goals for business intelligence development in conjunction with end users, management, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct extensive research and make expert recommendations on business intelligence products, services, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
- Perform and oversee the complexity and difficulty of programming, quality assurance reviews, documentation, system deployment, training, and project setup/support.
- Provide timely and appropriate communication to business owners, stakeholders, and users on issue status and resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and implement the business intelligence architecture as a core asset.
- Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and process efficiency with respect to data and delivery.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Solutions Architecture on the solutions/service design to ensure it conforms to enterprise architectural standards for future roadmaps.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
