The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and proven abilities in:

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments to ensure system reliability, security, and optimal performance
• Perform system patch management, software installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities while troubleshooting and resolving deployment‑related issues
• Manage Active Directory environments, including user accounts, group policies, permissions, and access controls
• Implement and maintain operating system security configurations in accordance with federal cybersecurity standards, including DISA STIG and USGCB requirements
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot local networking components and protocols to ensure secure and reliable connectivity
• Provide Tier I/II end‑user support by diagnosing technical issues, resolving incidents, and delivering responsive customer service
• Utilize enterprise ticketing systems to document, track, and resolve service requests while maintaining accurate records and timely communication with end users
• Experience supporting federal government or other highly regulated environments
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening best practices
• Experience implementing and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) within enterprise Windows environments

• B.A. or B.S. degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite)
• Experience with multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced and fast‑growing company
• Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions

Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients’ work locations and teleworking.

• Work is performed in an office environment
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
