Job Summary:

We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to support the monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco networking, Solar Winds monitoring, and Service Now or other ticketing systems, along with strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities. This role requires a U.S. Citizen who can obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.

Required Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of Network Operations Center (NOC) experience.
* Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
* Experience using Solar Winds for network monitoring and alert management.
* Experience with Service Now or another IT ticketing system.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
* U.S. Citizenship is required.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Cisco CCNA certification.
* CompTIA certification (Network, Security, or equivalent).
* Knowledge of network technologies, connectivity, routing, switching, protocols, and network security principles.
