Oxford Risk Management Groupisseekingan Application Support Specialist to

supportthebusinesssystems,integrations,anddataprocessesthatdriveour

Commercial Linesand Captive Insurance operations .Thisroleisresponsibleformaintainingapplicationperformance,supportingdataintegrity,troubleshootingintegrations,andassistingendusersacrossunderwriting,claims,risk management,andcaptiveinsuranceprograms.

• Supportandtroubleshootintegrations,APIs,datafeeds,andbusinessapplicationsacrossunderwriting,claims,CRM,andcaptiveinsuranceplatforms.
• Monitorsystemperformance,data quality,andscheduledprocessestoensureaccurateandreliableoperations.
• WriteSQLqueriesandreportstovalidatedata,investigate issues,andsupportbusinessneeds.
• Assistwithapplicationadministration,user access,configuration updates,and documentation.
• Partnerwithbusinessandtechnologyteamstoresolveissuesandimprovesystemefficiency.

• Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalentexperience.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in application support, systems support or integrations.
• WorkingknowledgeofSQLanddatavalidationprinciples.
• Experiencesupportingpolicyadministration,claims,risk management,or insurance-related platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting,analytical,andcommunicationskills.
• Experience in Commercial Lines ,Property&Casualty,orCaptive
  
  Insuranceenvironmentspreferred.

$70,000 - $88,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
