We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Family Law/SIJS Attorneys for various offices. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, team member, manager, and self-starter. The candidate must also possess good business acumen and the desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and oversee family-related legal issues and interpret applicable laws, advising staff as needed
- Collaborate regularly with case workers, supervisors, program directors, and program administrators
- Prepare, organize, and file all required legal documents, and keep clients updated on their cases
- Work closely with the SIJS Department, managing the family law and immigration components of SIJS cases
- Support immigration-related legal needs throughout the DMV region and Florida
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters, including custody, divorce, hearings, trials, and other court proceedings throughout Virginia
- Active Virginia Bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Virginia custody and divorce cases
- Experience in Virginia family law statutes, procedures, and case law
- Three years of related law/legal experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools

Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
