Logistics Coordination, Inventory Control & Analysis

The Logistician provides logistics support in a secure environment, focusing on material accountability, documentation, and coordination with finance and program staff. The role tracks MDAT actions, supports CAP reporting, and manages ordering, receiving, inventorying, packaging, and shipping of electronic equipment and related materials.
Key Responsibilities- MDAT Management
:
Complete and track MDAT actions from initiation through closure, maintaining accurate audit‑ready documentation for all MDAT activity. - CAP & Financial Coordination
:
Work with Finance to correctly complete CAP reports and related documentation, ensuring alignment between logistics records, asset status, and financial reporting. - Logistics & Inventory
:
Order, receive, and inventory parts, components, supplies, and equipment; maintain accurate inventory and asset records in tracking systems; monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. - Shipping & Receiving
:
Package, label, and prepare electronic equipment and materials for shipment in accordance with policies and security requirements; coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and maintain associated documentation. - General Support
:
Operate effectively with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks; coordinate with program, engineering, and operations personnel; generate and maintain logistics‑related reports.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics or supply support, including:
- Ordering, receiving, and inventorying parts, components, supplies, and equipment.
- Packaging and shipping of electronic equipment.
- Maintaining accurate logistics, inventory, and asset documentation.
- Working independently with minimal supervision in a secure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with finance and technical/program teams.
- Familiarity with organization‑specific systems for MDAT, CAP, and property or asset management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools for generating reports and maintaining spreadsheets and logs.
- Experience with rapid procurement of parts, components, supplies, and equipment in support of time‑sensitive mission needs.
- Clearance Level: Top Secret with polygraph.
This position requires access to information subject to ITAR and/or EAR compliance. Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR or be approved for an export license. The role may require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
Salary RangeSalary range: $83,500 - $146,000.
