Facility Maintenance Manager

Are you handy, dependable, and good at keeping buildings running smoothly? The YMCA in Silver Spring is looking for a hands‑on Facility Maintenance Manager to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff.

• Handle routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operations.
• Supervise and support housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate outside contractors and preventive maintenance.
• Help keep our facility safe, clean, and ready for members.

• 3+ years of building or facility maintenance experience.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and repair skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Pool certification and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Annual Salary: $45,000–$50,000
