Job Overview
At GT Independence, people are at the heart of everything we do. The Enrollment Manager plays a critical role in driving the strategy and execution of new referrals and enrollment processes. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive enrollment plans to meet GT’s goals and objectives. The enrollment manager works closely with prospective participants, case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, program managers, and various internal departments to ensure a seamless and supportive enrollment experience.
The Enrollment Manager oversees the enrollment process from initiation through processing.
- Lead the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure the highest quality service is delivered to self-directing participants and referring entities.
- Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees.
- Cultivate relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and other referees to build a base of referrals.
- Drive enrollments to achieve company growth goals within existing contracts through presentations and meetings with case managers, external stakeholders, and participants.
- Provide constant and accurate communication to referrers and enrolled participants regarding enrollment status.
- Support the Directors of Business Development in new opportunities within the market.
- Troubleshoot issues and field questions from staff and external customers to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Ensure the enrollment team trains new participants and employees on using the GT Caregiver App and other GT tools, roles, responsibilities, and program specifics.
- Provide daily direction and communication to employees so that enrollment and processing calls are answered timely, efficiently, and knowledgeably.
- Continuously evaluate processes and procedures; suggest methods to improve operations, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers.
- Manage employees, ensuring work is handled efficiently and effectively.
- Provide performance feedback and coaching regularly to each direct report.
- Ensure employees have appropriate training and resources to perform their jobs.
- Create and maintain a high-quality work environment.
- Assist the Director with the development, analysis, and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.
- Manage special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement.
- Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.
- Assist with documentation and training of Docu Sign program and GT Enroll.
- Assist in developing and preparing operational plans and reports on project status.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Extensive experience working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines through planning and organizing.
- Ability to balance work pressure with time management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Experience in initiating, maintaining, and leading a highly effective team.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft programs and the Internet.
- Competent use of Excel.
- Work is performed in a typical office setting.
