Key

responsibilities

Support the Division Head in overseeing project delivery and team oversight.
Manage land development projects from concept through completion.
Mentor and develop junior engineering staff.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as key point of contact.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Contribute to long‑term project delivery, often spanning multiple years.
Support leadership initiatives and assist with team management responsibilities.

Requirements

5 to 12 years of experience in land development engineering.
Strong experience working on projects in Montgomery County and Prince George’s County.
Background in both planning, development, and engineering.
Well‑rounded technical experience across civil and site development projects.
Ability to support leadership and contribute to team management.
Comfortable working in a client‑facing role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Project exposure

Residential developments.

Team structure

Reports into Section Head.
Works closely with a team of engineers and designers.
