Operations Manager
Interclypse supports several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. This opportunity allows candidates to contribute to the long-term health and success of the state while growing professionally. All positions require onsite work at various locations in Maryland.
Responsibilities- Leading and coordinating engineering projects from conception to implementation.
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers.
- Reviewing and approving product design and changes.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate engineering functions with business objectives.
- Enhancing team performance through process improvements and training.
- Providing technical and strategic leadership in solving complex technical problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related technical discipline;
Master’s in engineering or business administration preferred. - Seven years of progressive engineering experience with a track record managing mid to large‑scale projects.
- Five years of managerial experience within an engineering environment, with proven capabilities in team leadership, project management, strategic planning, quality control, and cross‑functional collaboration.
