Assistant Service Manager – Herb Gordon Volvo

Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support our Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Volvo service department. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has a proven track record of leading a high-performing team.

• Assist in managing daily service operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support and coach service advisors and technicians to achieve department goals.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with Volvo service standards and Mile One policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and concerns.
• Assist in parts and inventory management as needed.

• 2-3 years of service experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of dealership operations, service processes, and warranty procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000.
