Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance and all phases of property management for a portfolio of properties
• Oversee the preparation and implementation of operating budgets
• Evaluate budget performance, tenant improvements, capital improvements, maintenance and repair projects
• Coordinate company wide initiatives and programs

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a retail commercial property manager
• Ability to travel regularly
• Experience in commercial facility maintenance and property management accounting
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Bachelor degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
