Senior ServiceNow Program Lead — Federal Gov

• Design, implement, and maintain impactful programs for Federal Government clients

• Organize and coordinate program objectives

• Guide team in navigating requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges

• Identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting client’s mission

• Facilitate change and create impact through program management methodologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the management of Service Now programs
• Experience writing reports for executive leadership
• Experience managing federal contracts
• Experience with integrated project schedules and critical path management
• Experience developing and implementing complex contract program initiatives and change control processes, and managing technical requirements
• Ability to review and comprehend Service Level Agreements and requirements documents
• Ability to analyze the performance of IT services using metric analysis tools
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED
