As our Vice President, Management Reporting & Financial Analytics
, you'll partner directly with the CFO and senior leadership team to advance business intelligence, financial analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence growth, profitability, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization.

• Enterprise reporting and executive dashboards
• Development of Business intelligence and analytics strategy
• Data Lake and reporting initiatives
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• AI-enabled analytics and reporting automation
• A high-performing team of analytics and reporting professionals

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or related field required
• MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in FP&A, financial analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Experience leading and building business intelligence systems and analytics teams
• Experience leading enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives
• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and business partnership skills
• Power BI, Tableau, financial modeling, and data analytics experience
