Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager for our Silver Spring, MD location to lead the team and drive excellent patient experiences. You will model Visionworks standards, supervise the store in the GM’s absence, and help meet store financial goals through coaching and floor leadership.
Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of supervisory experience, a strong focus on service, and the ability to motivate associates to perform at a high level in a fast-paced retail environment.
