About the RoleTotal Apartment Solutions is a fast-growing business that services luxury apartment complexes throughout the country. We are currently searching for an Account Manager who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to lead our DC/Maryland/Virginia market. Management experience in multi-family maintenance is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities- Work with employees and subcontractors to ensure quality service is consistently provided.
- Manage relationships with property and maintenance managers.
- Oversee schedule management.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential subcontractors for future needs or business expansion.
- Solve and de-escalate client issues and conflicts.
- Communicate regularly with company leadership.
- 3-5 years of experience in multi-family maintenance/operations strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
