The Investment Company Institute (ICI) is seeking a Senior Director, Membership Services to lead our membership strategy, recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts while serving as a key partner to senior leadership. Reporting directly to the COO, this highly visible role will help shape the future of the asset management industry by strengthening relationships with existing members and identifying opportunities for new membership growth.
In this role, you'll work with industry leaders, leverage data and analytics to guide strategy, oversee membership revenue initiatives, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional member value.
