The Maryland Office of the Public Defender seeks an Assistant Facilities Director to lead statewide facilities operations, supporting 60+ offices, leases, and capital projects to ensure safe, compliant work spaces.
Reporting to the Facilities Director, you will supervise staff, coordinate with DGS and landlords, manage budgets and safety programs, and deliver data-driven reports to senior leadership. Occasional after-hours readiness for emergencies and travel to sites statewide are required.
