Area Leader – Manager Trainee

• Directly oversee 12–14 store locations
• Staff, train, and supervise Store Leaders
• Implement merchandising programs
• Control cash and inventory
• Motivate employees and build teams
• Promote excellent customer service
• Manage profit and loss, including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses
• Set performance goals and objectives
• Monitor results with upper management

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence
• Automotive liability insurance maintained during employment
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous multi-unit management experience preferred

Demonstrates strong leadership in managing multiple store locations, focusing on team building, customer service excellence, and effective budget management. Proven ability to implement merchandising programs and achieve performance goals while maintaining operational efficiency.
