Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies across 3–4 divisions
- Serve as the strategic link between division presidents, regional marketing leaders, sales executives, corporate digital marketing functions, and local division field teams
- Support the Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure alignment across teams and timely execution
- Lead the development of strategic creative briefs for key initiatives
- Oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar across all channels
- Oversee and guide the development and localization of marketing assets
- Lead and partner with National strategy teams to interpret campaign performance and regional market insights
- Monitor and enhance cross-functional collaboration between Marketing Field Coordinators and Regional Integrated Marketing Specialists
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-facing industries preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams
- Resourceful and solution-oriented
- Leverage digital and analytical tools with confidence to drive insights and outcomes
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Bachelor of Arts degree
