Development Communications Coordinator

The Development Communications Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Glen Echo, MD, supporting the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This role coordinates and produces written communications for development initiatives, including grants, donor appeals, newsletter content, and impact stories. The Coordinator assists with planning and promoting special events, managing event-related materials, and ensuring consistent messaging across print and digital platforms.

Daily tasks include drafting copy, planning/creating social media content, updating donor and event information, collaborating with development and marketing staff, and maintaining timelines for campaigns and events.
