We are seeking a fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dental practice in Silver Spring, MD.

In this role, you will help patients understand their diagnosed dental care, present financial options, and manage case acceptance. Additionally, you will drive practice growth by supporting local community outreach and assisting with digital marketing initiatives.

• Explain clinical diagnoses in simple terms.
• Provide bilingual assistance to Spanish-speaking families.
• Discuss dental insurance benefits and coverage.
• Create affordable financing and payment plans.
• Follow up on pending treatment plans.

• Collaborate on digital marketing efforts.
• Help create engaging patient-focused social media content.
• Drop off flyers and referral pads locally.
• Build relationships with nearby medical offices.
• Assist with community event planning.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required).

• Comfortable with dental software and social media.

• Valid driver’s license for local marketing runs.
