Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $58,000.00 Annually

A Typical Week May Look Like This…

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, digital advertising, marketing automation, and other customer touchpoints.
• Build, test, schedule, and launch campaign assets in Hub Spot and other marketing platforms, including emails, landing pages, forms, lists, and workflows.
• Manage campaign timelines, production calendars, workflows, and deliverables to keep multiple initiatives organized and on schedule.
• Create and adapt routine campaign creative using approved Canva templates, AI tools, and AFP brand standards.
• Partner across Marketing, Creative, Digital Strategy, and program teams to coordinate campaign needs, approvals, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address production needs or potential delays.
• Support campaign reporting, documentation, and process improvements to strengthen future marketing execution.

Is This You?

• Experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Experience with Hub Spot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
• A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and keeps projects moving forward.
• Strong collaborator who can effectively coordinate across teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• 0-2 years of experience preferred, not required.
