Marketing Specialist II

• Coordinate, write, and potentially lead qualification packages, proposals, and leave-behind materials for pursuits
• Review and edit content for clarity, compliance, and key messages
• Support the presentation phase of pursuits
• Support pursuit teams in developing win strategies
• Organize and support message development for pursuit presentations
• Organize and potentially facilitate pursuit strategy meetings
• Prepare materials for internal and external client service meetings and participate in those meetings
• Coordinate division public relations activities, including press releases, announcements, newsletter articles, project awards, and special PR projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, and other communications-related software programs
• Familiar with CRM
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to research and compile data on clients, communities and/or markets and apply pertinent information to strategy development
• Ability to outline RFP requirements and lead proposal document development
• Proposal document quality control and copy-editing skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
• AEC industry experience preferred
• Proposal development experience preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Fluency in the use of artificial intelligence preferred

Demonstrates expertise in proposal development, content editing, and strategic communication within the AEC industry. Proficient in managing multiple projects while ensuring clarity and compliance in all deliverables.
