Adventist Health Care White Oak Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their Rehabilitation Department. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing comprehensive care and mentoring others in a supportive environment.

• Pay: $37.00 - $55.00
• Location: Silver Spring, MD
• Facility: Adventist Health Care White Oak Medical Center
• Schedule: Full-time, Night shift (6:45 pm - 7:15 am, three shifts per week)

• Educate patients and families through the continuum of care.
• Serve as role models to Level I nurses.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice.
• Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non‑nursing duties appropriately.
• Develop a plan of care according to the patient population.
• Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action.
• Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient‑centered care.
• Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective.
• Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

  Current Maryland State nursing license;
  Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
