As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.   : $36.69 - $58.71 per hour

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland.
• Home Care Experience Required.
• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
