Complete Care at Springbrook is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our 5-Star rated, 93-certified bed skilled nursing facility in Silver Spring, Maryland.

• Oversee all clinical operations within the facility
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing department staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
• Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams
• Manage staffing, scheduling oversight, and clinical budgets
• Drive infection prevention, risk management, and resident safety initiatives
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion

• Active RN license in Maryland
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
