** Emergency Department RN Supervisor
** to lead clinical operations on the
** day shift** .
This role is ideal for a strong ED nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about patient care, and enjoys mentoring teams while driving operational excellence.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Full-time 36-hour day position
+ Serve as the
** clinical leader for the Emergency Department
** during day shift
+ Oversee
** staffing, patient flow, and daily operations*
* + Assign and supervise
** nursing and support staff*
* + Ensure compliance with
** Joint Commission and regulatory standards*
* + Support
** quality improvement, patient safety, and care delivery initiatives*
* + Provide
** real-time problem-solving and decision-making
** for patient care issues
+ Participate in
** staff development, orientation, and performance coaching*
* + Promote a culture of
** service excellence and teamwork*
* ** Qualifications*
* +
** Bachelor's degree in Nursing*
* +
** 5+ years of RN experience in an Emergency Department*
* + Current Maryland RN license and/or Compact State licensure

** BLS certification** (required)
** Skills*
* + Proven
** leadership and supervisory experience in Emergency Nursing*
* + Strong
** clinical judgment and critical thinking*
* + Excellent
** communication and team collaboration skills*
* + Proficient in
** electronic medical records and Microsoft Office*
* ** Pay rate:** $39.47- $61.20
_Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location_ .
