DescriptionAs a Hospice Clinical Educator, you’ll be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of education for home care and/or hospice with an emphasis on ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will work in collaboration with the hospice and/or home‑care managers to ensure orientation, competency development, and integration of new colleagues as well as the ongoing development of current staff.

- Pay Range: $39.45–$63.12 per hour (based on years of experience, education, skill set, etc.)

- Some travel is required.
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program; bachelor’s in nursing is preferred.
- Ten years of nursing practice, including five in hospice, is preferred. Related experience in end‑of‑life care, home health, or oncology is a plus (hospice only).
- Certification in hospice and palliative care is required within one year of employment (hospice only).
- Proficient in Microsoft applications for creating instructional documents, course curricula, orientation materials, and related visual aides.
- Accurate and clear oral and written communication skills.
- Consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission, organizational code of ethics, and adherence to the compliance program.
