Position Overview

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

Now Hiring: RN Registered Nurse Supervisor

• $5,000 Sign On Bonus

• 7am-7pm every other Saturday/Sunday
• 3pm-11pm Casual/PRN
• 11pm-7am Casual/PRN

• Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs & respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate & lead staff.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges and maintain record compliance for accuracy.
• Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide & direct staff with intervention as needed.

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
