About This Role

Adventist Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their Neonatal Care Unit. This part-time position is ideal for those who are passionate about providing exceptional care to newborns and their families.

• Pay: $37.00 - $55.00
• Location: Silver Spring, MD
• Facility: White Oak Medical Center
• Schedule: Variable Part Time, Day shift

• Educate patients and families through the continuum of care.
• Serve as role models to Level I nurses.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice.
• Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non‑nursing duties appropriately.
• Develop a plan of care according to patient population.
• Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action.
• Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient‑centered care.
• Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective.
• Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care and participate in change of practice based on evidence.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

• Current Maryland State nursing license
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
