Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) – 10K Sign‑On Bonus

Full time employment.

As a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, create individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

• Pay Range: $36.70 - $58.71 per hour (pay rate is based on years of experience, education, skill set and other factors)

• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience (Hospice preferred)
• Graduate of an approved nursing education program
• Active RN license in the State of Maryland

• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation
