Registered Nurse; RN

Role: Wellness Nurse RN responsible for overseeing resident health, ensuring medication safety, and maintaining regulatory compliance in a senior living community.

• Conduct assessments including move-in, 3-day, semi-annual, and change-of-condition evaluations.
• Perform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trends.
• Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns.
• Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation.
• Complete medication audits and oversee medication program compliance.
• Partner with families, physicians, and care staff to promote resident well-being.
• Support infection control and survey readiness.
• Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff to prevent decline through assessment and early intervention.

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or clinical settings.
• Strong assessment, regulatory, and communication skills.
