What You’ll Do- Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends
- Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and clinical teams
- Support infection control and regulatory compliance
- Lead clinical training and support staff development
- Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements
- Active RN license
- Experience in assisted living, hospital or long‑term care
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
- Strong communication and leadership skills
