Job Overview

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families, and supporting recovery and independence.

• Provide skilled nursing care at patients’ homes.
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and self‑care.
• Support patient recovery and independence.
• Document care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team using Epic EHR.

• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience.
• RN license within the State of Maryland.
• Graduate of an approved nursing education program; BSN preferred.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Pay Range: $36.69 - $58.71 per hour.
• Day 1 benefits: health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
