We are seeking a full‑time Clinician to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. The role is based in a pediatric outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with Ear Well®.

• Evaluate and treat infants with plagiocephaly and related conditions.

• Develop treatment plans using orthotic devices.

• Build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.

• Participate in training, mentoring, and continuing education to maintain expertise.

• Licensed PTs or OTs with knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development.
• Registered Nurses experienced in hands‑on patient care and family compassion.
• Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists or Orthotists with orthotic fitting experience.

• Licensed RN with prior pediatric experience.
• Minimum of 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf devices.

• Visible, measurable changes in 2–3 weeks.
