What You’ll Do
Conduct move-in, 3‑day, semi‑annual, and change‑of‑condition assessments.
Perform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trends.
Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns.
Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation.
Complete medication audits and oversee medication program compliance.
Partner with families, physicians, and the Resident Care Director.
Promote infection control and survey readiness.
Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff.
What We’re Looking ForActive RN license in good standing.
Graduate of an approved nursing program.
1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
Strong assessment, regulatory, and communication skills.
Pay Range35.05 - 48.40
