Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional maternity care. The ideal candidate will support mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery, ensuring safe and compassionate patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for obstetric patients.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical interventions accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Prior experience in Labor and Delivery or maternity nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of obstetric care, fetal monitoring, and emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
