Healthcare Position
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team and provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards of patient health, safety, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the medical team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Current state licensure or certification relevant to the position.
- Completion of required health history and immunization forms.
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and other background checks must be passed.
