About This Role

Adventist Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for their Home Health division in Silver Spring. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are passionate about providing care in a home setting.

• Pay: $37.00 - $55.00
• Location: Silver Spring, MD
• Facility: Adventist Health Care Home Health
• Schedule: Part-Time, Days
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in the home.
• Document patient care and outcomes electronically if applicable.
• Delegate and supervise tasks for Home Health Aides and LPNs.
• Support new staff or students.
• Participate in quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning.
• Pursue professional development and growth.
• Meet agency standards demonstrating flexibility, commitment, and adaptability.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• 2 years full-time experience in acute care
• 2 years full-time experience in Medical/Surgical or facility nursing within the past 5 years

• Current Maryland State nursing license
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Valid Driver’s License with agency insurance requirements
