• Implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
• Investigate and resolve patient/family/member concerns regarding care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal patient care.
• Monitor resource needs in assigned clinical areas.
• Ensure appropriate assignment and utilization of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain clinical expertise and provide supervision and competency.
• Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
• Manage designated work unit by translating business plans into action items.
• Oversee hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
• Ensure safe, quality, and standardized care delivery.

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Maryland
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
