Empire Landscape is hiring a hardworking laborer to join our field crew. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, eager to learn, takes ownership of tasks, and contributes to team success. Hydroseeding is part of the job when needed, but most of our work includes:
- Reforestation & native plantings
- Live stake, live fascine & live fencing installation
- Stormwater management & bioretention planting
- Erosion & sediment control installation
- Wildlife exclusion fencing
- Landscape installation
- Hydroseeding & specialty seeding (as needed)
- Work outdoors in all weather
- Lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Dig, plant, grade, install materials
- Mix hydroseed properly when required
- Keep equipment clean and job sites organized
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Reliable and responsible
- Strong work ethic
- Proactive — don’t wait to be told what to do
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
